Medousa Suites - Taormina

Charging extra for a child's bed seems unfair!!! The unique placement of the shower in the room without a door is impractical for families. Soundproofing issues are notable too!!!

The great breakfast had a wide range of meals and the food I tasted was excellent.

The terrace view was fine, though the shower setup was a bit odd.

We only stayed one night and the location was perfect. The room had a 70's feel, leading to a clean courtyard with comfy beds. Loris was super helpful and navigated us through the stressful narrow streets. Definitely would return 👍

Medousa Bistrot & Suites exceeded my expectations . The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Taormina, with access to the town's sights and sounds. I stayed in a Junior Suite with a Garden View, and the cleanliness stood out immediately-it felt modern and fresh. Loris, our host, provided really good service, guiding us through the narrow streets and even helping with our bags. The terrace attached to our suite was a real gem. Relaxing there after a day of exploring was a highlight. Breakfast consisted of little bags left outside our door, which I found charming, although it might be too simple for some. My only major concern was the unique open shower setup in the bedroom. While it added a unique flair, it wasn't the most practical layout. A nice stay with a few minor quirks.

great central location but minor room issues

The location was prime, just a short walk to the center. Our room featured a lovely garden view that added to the ambiance of our stay.

It was an excellent fit for a transient visit in Taormina with reasonable price. The terrace view of Mount Etna was fine and made for a great spot to unwind. Be prepared for an open shower setup in the room if traveling with family.

Nestled within the charm of Taormina, the lovely setting combined with attentive service created a pleasant ambiance. The porch offered good views, and the complimentary breakfast bags were a sweet surprise. A minor drawback was the limited housekeeping schedule, which could be improved.

A Charming Retreat with Lovely Dining Experience

The Junior Suite offered amazing views of Mount Etna. The service felt personal and warm, especially from Loris. Dining at the bistro was a highlight, especially the exquisite octopus hot dog. Make sure to enjoy lunch in the tranquil garden for a perfect getaway!
